Holiday Club & Teacher Training Days

COSH aim to offer free play childcare provision, on training days and on some dates in the school holidays. The playscheme is available to all children aged 3-11 years, all ages will be integrated.

All playschemes are staffed by qualified playworkers and early years educators, all staff are paediatric first aiders and are fully trained in designated safeguarding.

Our ability to offer this provision, is dependent on their being sufficient children requiring care. We will ask parents in advance to register their interest, then we will give as much notice as possible on whether we are able to run.

Day Session 8:00am – 5:30pm – £25.00 A Day Per Child

Early Drop Off 7:45am – 8:00am – £1.50 Extra Per day

Late collection 5:30pm – 6:00pm- £3.00 Extra Per day

COSH Holiday Play-scheme

If your child attends our wraparound provision more than 2 days a week you will receive a 10% discount on all holiday clubs.

Summer Holiday Club:

Monday 21st October – Friday 25th October 2024.

If you have signed a form with your personal details on in our setting all you need to do is email your child’s name, the dates you want to book please include if you need extended hours.

Autumn Holiday Club Application Form

Breakfast and an afternoon snack will be provided by COSH, but we ask children to bring a packed lunch, with no nuts or seeds, due to allergies.

All children must be dropped off and collected at the COSH main entrance by a parent or guardian.

Once we have received sufficient enough information you will get a follow up email with instructions for payment. When payment is obtained your child’s place is confirmed.

Fees are payable in advance, late payment may result in the loss of your place, we are unable to give refunds on any cancellations or absences.

Please note that clothing and footwear should be suitable for the winter weather as outdoor play will be available. We ask that clothing is also suitable for messy play activities.
